Concept

MLF, MLF 5.0 & MLO

It includes:

1. A training program on the fundamentals of continuous improvement, built in 2-hour modules.

Designed for operators and employees, these modules are delivered by the frontline manager: a short, regular format that is easy to integrate into everyday work—without disrupting production.
The modules cover Lean tools, but above all the behaviors that make the difference: cooperation, standard discipline, performance management, problem solving, collective learning.

2. A knowledge check quiz for each module, and a transformation project to carry out in the workshop, led by the employee and managed by the frontline manager.

The program can become a qualifying pathway for operators/employees—and provide concrete recognition of progress.

3. One serious game per module (1 to 2 hours), facilitated by the frontline manager.

Objective: create the “aha” moment through immersion—a memorable experience that makes the mechanisms obvious because you live them.

The Mobile Learning Factory is a simplified industrial platform designed to fit into a suitcase and be moved easily.
On site, in a room, during a seminar: same quality of experience, same impact.

It recreates a production environment: assembly components (tool-free) and around thirty “Champions” (products to assemble), each made up of more than 30 parts.
You see the flow, you feel variability, you understand what slows performance—and you test what improves it.

Each game has its scenario and its learning outcome: you don’t play “to play”; you play to understand, then to act—with a debrief that turns the experience into real practices.
