The meeting point between an expert team and an innovative learning method
About us
The starting point
Ten years ago, Jacques Weber, one of the founders, created “The Lean School” with the engineering school ICAM Strasbourg-Europe.
The ambition: to train leaders and managers, in an inspiring place, with strong reference points to navigate a fast-changing world.
To date, the industrial platform has trained hundreds of experts.
And in the field, one observation kept coming back: the hard part is not to “understand” Lean… it is to create buy-in across all teams.
The missing link was to support those who run the organisation every day — operators and employees.
They are rarely trained, yet so much is expected from them: they are the foundation.
So we decided to build an approach made for them: an experience that is lived, that creates the “aha” moment, and can then be deployed autonomously.
A real need
Many existing programmes focus on technical tools delivered in a traditional, lecture-based format.
Result: low engagement — and the impact fades quickly once people return to the real world.
Sometimes external consultants train teams… but costs often limit large-scale deployment.
In practice, there are few truly accessible offers to support operators and employees, especially in SMEs and mid-sized companies that do not always have dedicated internal resources.
Alternatives
There is no equivalent offer today, but alternatives exist. In particular:
– board games designed to explain a few Lean tools, often sold by industrial equipment manufacturers,
– training organisations and consulting firms using a more traditional approach.
EasyLean+ : transform your organisation
Advise, train, involve teams in a continuous improvement dynamic.
Thanks to our method of immersive games combined with training, we quickly reveal what slows performance down… then help you implement concrete answers, aligned with your challenges.
Supporting you on the road to the company of the future
The company of the future is not only about introducing new technologies (robotics, digital, big data…).
It is also a deep evolution: skills, behaviours, cooperation, and management — at every level.
How do you get everyone moving, by changing the way people work?
How do you implement the concepts of the company of the future in practice?
The challenge is critical for tomorrow’s competitiveness.
The goal: build an agile, learning organisation, able to respond to changing customer needs and its ecosystem.
Resistance to change is real.
Our mission: support these shifts and help organisations become high-performing and agile, human and learning, committed to a meaningful journey.
At EasyLean+, we are convinced that the organisations that will grow are those that have embraced the principles of the company of the future; the others will belong… to the past.
Mobile Learning Factory
We combine training, support, and immersive games to design solutions adapted to your organisation.
It is a simple balance: improve processes and build a learning organisation, with a fast method to reveal needs and create buy-in.
We connect theoretical input with experimentation through serious games to bring people together around transformation.
We put people at the heart of change.
Together, we set progress in motion: frontline managers and operational teams share the same experience, then turn it into shop-floor practices.
Our experts pass on methods and reflexes so teams become agile, learning, and engage in continuous improvement autonomously.
The principle
Understand
Training helps you master the tools. It focuses on mindset and behaviours that make the difference.
Experience
A serious-game programme complements the theory: an immersive, collaborative experience that makes mechanisms visible—immediately.
Transform
Real changes on the shop floor: the company leads its own evolution, leveraging learnings, standards, and new behaviours.
Our team
For 10 years, we have supported organisations in their transformation projects towards the company of the future.
