It includes:

  1. A structured programme, built in 2-hour modules, to cover the fundamentals of continuous improvement.
    You can integrate it into a lecture, a tutorial, a module, a project week, or a full learning pathway.

    The modules cover the tools, but above all the skills that matter: reading a flow, identifying waste, decision-making, standardisation, teamwork, problem solving.

  1. A complete teaching pack for each module.
    Goal: enable you to facilitate autonomously, with a clear run sheet, instructions, learner materials, and a guided debrief.

  2. One serious game per module (1 to 2 hours).
    Goal: trigger the “aha” moment — an immersive, collaborative experience that makes the mechanisms obvious because you live them.

The Mobile Learning Factory is a simplified industrial platform designed to fit into a suitcase and travel easily.
You can use it in a classroom, a teaching workshop, a seminar: same quality of experience, same impact.
It recreates a production environment: assembly components (no tools) and around thirty “Champions” (products to assemble), each made up of more than 30 parts.
Learners observe a flow, manage constraints, make decisions, see the effects — then learn how to improve.
